I'm having a hard time remembering to take my meds. Yesterday I sat right at my desk and forgot to take the antibiotic. Then last night I set my alarm so that if I fell asleep while reading I would have a reminder. I never heard the alarm go off.
But...I think I have a solution. I have figured out how to set the alarm on my cell phone (which I ALWAYS have with me) and it will remind me. I can sleep through an alarm clock but I can't sleep through the phone ringing. Plus, I picked a very annoying ring. So...this will work!
